Our customer information obtained in this site is strictly for our own customer service use.  We will NOT sell or release your personal information to any outside person or company.  We do NOT retain credit card numbers or personal information.

All sales are final, so please choose carefully before placing order.

Class Policies

Class requirements?
Good Harbor offers a variety of classes geared to all levels, beginner through advanced.  Please take note in class descriptions when registering.

  • Beginner: Must be able to do basketweave and tent stitch without any difficulties.

  • Intermediate: Must be able to count canvas threads easily and be comfortable following a graph.

  • Advanced: Must be confident in all areas of stitching- surface embroidery, laid fillings, beading, etc.

What is class cancellation policy?
Classes are becoming increasingly popular so seating is limited.  Once you purchase a class this guarantees your seat for that session.  Missed classes are the responsibility of the student and will NOT be refunded nor rescheduled.  You may "give" your class to a friend with advance notice.

Shipping Information

How soon are items purchased online shipped?
Items are usually shipped within two business days, sometimes earlier depending on the number of shipments that day.

Shipping Rates
Most items are shipped via Priority Mail and follow the rates set by USPS.  If you'd like additional insurance on your order, or another shipping method please call shop to arrange and do NOT place your order online!    Additional fees will apply insurance to obtain coverage! You will be sent notification and tracking numbers via email when your package leaves the shop.  Please follow updates online to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Good Harbor Needlepoint is NOT responsible for shipments once they are delivered to the carrier.  Items are currently only shipped domestically.
Please be aware that shipping rates are periodically adjusted due to price increases.  Shipping rates cover packaging, printing, and labor also.  Postal/UPS/FEDEX rates are not the only cost associated with shipping items. 

Will canvases I order from SALE events be taped?
Canvases purchased from SALE events won't be taped due to the high volume of orders that need to go out.

Canvas and Thread Kits

Can you kit a canvas with threads?
Yes, I frequently select threads, beads, and embellishments to go with your canvas.  However, this does mean that you need to call
the shop at (978) 969-1748 to discuss types of fibers you like to work with so that the thread kit is "customized" to your liking.  After pulling threads,  I'll send you an email with a picture of them for your approval before charging your credit card.  There is NO fee to do this, its my pleasure to offer this service.
